The price of house includes 8 persons. Next persons + 8 (= 9-18 max) have a price of extrabed
Week rent of cottage includes no limit of using sauna and whirlpool, shorter rent of cottage includes 3 hours of sauna and whirlpool every day

refundable damage deposit : 100 EUR

Extra charge only one night rental : + 50 %

Payment:
1. deposit of 50% of the price within 5 days after booking to the account.
2nd advance payment - additional payment up to 100% of the rental price within 15 days before the account is opened

Cancellation terms from the total rental price:
cancellation of the order more than 120 days before the arrival date = 2000 CZK = 84 EUR
cancellation of accommodation 60-120 days before arrival = 50% of the total rental price
cancellation of accommodation 15-60 days before arrival = 75% of the total rental price
cancellation of accommodation 0-15 days before arrival = 100% of the total rental price. The basic price without extra beds remains the same even if the number of accommodated guests is reduced to less than 8 people.

The owner has the right not to accommodate unregistered persons.
Reducing the number of persons and days is subject to cancellation terms.
The start of the rental (check-in) takes place according to the agreement between 12:00 and 20:00.
Termination of rental (check-out) by 10 a.m. on the last day of stay, for weekend rentals as agreed.
